RICHMOND, Va., June 11, 2012— SanAir Technologies Laboratory, a national environmental testing company, announced today that its Northeastern Services Corridor is open and activated even as tropical storm Sandy continues to wreak havoc throughout the region.

RICHMOND, Va., June 11, 2012 — SanAir Technologies Laboratory announced today the formation of SciTest Laboratories as an affiliate specializing in pain management and criminal justice testing.
Lisa Tarnai Moak has joined SciTest as laboratory director and vice president of operations.
The new company represents a reprise of the former Scientific Testing Laboratories. Moak held a variety of increasingly responsible positions in that company, which performed urine drug testing for criminal justice and private business entities. In 2005 the company was acquired by Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., which later sold it to another company.
“Lisa has broad and successful experience in both criminal justice aspects of testing as well as the emerging field of pain management,” said Sean McGlynn, president and CEO of SanAir. “We appreciate her work and are glad to welcome her back to help us start the new SciTest organization, which we have positioned to serve a national clientele.”
McGlynn will also serve as president of SciTest.
Moak is an alumna of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and earned her master’s degree in administration of justice with a forensic science option from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1987. Her previous work has included experience with Roche Biomedical, the Virginia Division of Forensic Science and the Medical College of Virginia (now VCU Health System).
SciTest Laboratories is located at Oakwood Industrial Park in Powhatan County near the new Watkins Center developments. The company expects to be operational by the end of this year.
SanAir is based in Oakbridge Industrial Park in Powhatan County, Virginia near the new Watkins Center development, a major component in the Richmond region’s rapid multi-use business growth.
