Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for prioritizing project workload to meet established turnaround time (TAT) commitments.
- Coordinate scheduling alignment between client expectations and laboratory capacity.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate risks impacting delivery commitments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Admin and other departments.
- Coordinate internal communication to ensure project milestones are met.
- Serve as primary point of contact for project-related client communication.
- Provide status updates, timeline expectations, and scope clarification.
- Support project tracking to ensure projects align with established financial objectives.
- Monitor project scope changes and communicate potential financial impacts.
- Conduct laboratory sample preparation and analytical testing, document results, and assist with data interpretation as required.
- Participate in final report approval workflow to ensure client delivery alignment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related scientific discipline required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, laboratory coordination, or technical service environments. Experience working in analytical laboratory or regulated environments preferred. Minimum 40-hour work week required, overtime and weekend work as needed.
